This page explains what happens to the information you share on this website.

What we collect. When you fill out a form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you add one, the address of a home you’d like valued, and your message. We also note which page you sent it from and when.

How we use it. Only to reply to you and help with your real estate questions. Your message is emailed to Kirsten and Rocco and saved in the system that runs this website, so nothing gets lost.

What we don’t do. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Services we use. This website is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are sent through Resend and stored in Sanity. These companies handle your information only to provide those services to us.

Visitor statistics. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

Your choices. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email kirsten@sereno.com or rocco@sereno.com.

Our brokerage. Kirsten and Rocco are agents with Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno. If you work with them on a purchase or sale, the brokerage’s privacy policy also applies: sereno.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Changes. If anything here changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
